01- Open vCenter Server Appliance Management interface, eg: https://vcenter.example.com:5480
02- Login using administrator credentials.
03- Navigate to (Access) then enable all features.
04- Now open (Putty) from any PC in the same LAN then login using (root) credentials.
05- Type : chage -M -1 -E -1 root
06- Type : exit then disable all features again in vCenter Server Appliance Management interface.
